AERIFY will make the Waiver approval process easier for the Care Coordinator by offering to send the patient to a 3rd party medical practice for assessment so that a Letter of Medical Necessity can be obtained IF WARRANTED.

The patient's Primary Care Physician care will be asked to provide a Letter of Medical Necessity, by the patient or their caregiver.
